I always get my order from the Istanbul because I can be assured of the quality of the meals.

Both the restaurant and the delivery staff are nice, polite and the food is plenty, delicious, prepared and served with care. We order our dinner from them on a regular basis, and they never disappoint. :)

50 minutes late

We were told delivery would be 40 minutes, it was just over an hour. I'd rather I was given a realistic time scale for delivery, I don't mind waiting if I have the correct information.

Didn't arrive , awaiting refund . Shop was rude and horrible when I phoned

Pizza was cold and stodgy. Also no chilli sauce on it so it was dry. No, I wouldn't order another pizza from here.

Food was cold upon arrival really disappointed had to throw it out

Great as always, so much choice and every order we have had has been delicious hot and fresh. Always comes quickly -Cant ask for much more 🥰

Pizza was great but I expected that anyway and that’s why I keep coming back. However I can’t tell you how much I hate seeing lack of hygiene in food handling. The woman standing by the pizza oven ran her finger under her nose collecting snot just before opening my box and checking the order. Hopefully I won’t see that again. The shop was very busy so I’m not the only customer to see that.

We stopped using Istanbul because we felt it wasn't as good .but honestly tonight's was Amazing ,chicken calzone was huge great filling nice dough sauces were tasty an salad was fresh ,Ham garlic pizza was like old times ,well happy

I ordered late but don't deliver past your opening times if the food quality drops so much it's rare I bin food half eaten this was that meal.

It just came very late and wasn't cubed chicken as menu stated but mini chicken fillets

Great tasting food, the wraps are huge and really well stuffed. Food arrived on time and with a very happy and smiley delivery driver. Definitely be ordering again :)

Addicted to the Chicken Kebab, it’s superb!! A winner every single time in our household.
