On time, hot and delicious

We have ordered a Turkish doner style pizza several times and it’s been fantastic. This time, it was bland, only had tomato base with doner meat and cheese, no chilli sauce at all. So disappointed.

Website says Dunfermline then when you order it doesn’t come through even though the number in the website takes you through to Istanbul Dunfermline

Ordered a few tunes from here and food is always hot and food quality, won't go anywhere else now!

Delivery took 1hour 30mins when it was supposed to arrive within 45 mins. Called after 50mins and told it was on its way. Another 15mins past and phone again to be told it was just being made and hadn’t left. Food arrived cold and the dipping sauce pots we ordered hardly had any sauce. Total waste of money

They forgot about my salad an dips and they were part of the deal.

Second time in a row that we’ve had a delivery and it has come around 40 minutes later than advised and when it did arrive most of the food was about 5 minutes from being cold. The only item of food that had any real warmth in it was the portion of chips and donor meat. I don’t mind the food coming late but being cold is not acceptable, if your running behind stop making the orders too early 😤

2 hours for food to arrive no pakora in bag chips cold calzone stodgy first time buyer will be last

Istanbul Dunfermline was in its heyday probably the best kebab in Dunfermline. Not anymore. The lamb is tasteless and dry. The chicken is out off this world and probably began its journey on Mercury. The orders take up to an hour to get to you arriving stone cold and usually wrong. The pigeon English speaker that takes the calls is rude and short tempered. Finished for good with it

Brilliant Service, side salad wasn’t too good but got a free desert, ice-cream, juice and offered money back when it was brought up with driver, the rest of the food was excellent with quick delivery. Will definitely order again
